Recall/Reminder Letters
Your recall letters play an important role in getting patients through the doors with over 80% of patients visiting your practice as a direct result of your recall letter.
The content of your letters need to be effective in getting patients to read them and to take action. It is important that you use a variety of letters tailored to different patient requirements.

We also produce 3 letters for each patient group - an initial recall letter, a reminder letter and then a final letter. The letters we put together help to increase the number of patients returning for examinations, they are likely to have more impact as they are specifically targeted at each patients needs. The letters can be uploaded onto your computer system and sent out to each patient group when required.
The cost of the recall/reminder letters pack is £120 + VAT and consists of 36 different letters.
