Patient Journey Planning involves a consultant from Myers La Roche visiting your practice and examining the way in which you treat your patients. The Programme investigates:
1. Recall Invitation.

4. Eye Examination and/or Contact Lens Check.
5. Dispensing.
6. Payment Systems.
7. Product Collection.
Your consultant will compare the performance of your practice with others and make recommendations for improvement to Best Practice standards.
