Practice Health Check
Many of our clients recognise that they work hard but they do not enjoy the level of profitability that many other practitioners achieve.
Myers La Roche have developed the Practice Health Check programme in conjunction with the Association of Optometrists to provide you with hands-on management and marketing consultancy at a low, fixed fee.
A Practice Health Check allows a fresh pair of eyes to observe your practice identifying the areas that you are doing well at and those areas that require attention. By making some small changes to those problem areas you can significantly improve your sales and profits.
The Practice Health Check involves a consultant visiting your practice and conducting a 3 hour detailed observation, including:
- Examining the 'look & feel' of your practice.
- Investigating the Patients' journey.
- Product range and Pricing.
- Scrutinising your accounts and Key Performance Indicators.
- Checking for compliance with requirements of regulatory bodies.
- Talking to your staff and observing your procedures.
Our consultants give a thorough examination of your practice and look at things from a fresh pair of eyes to identify problem areas. At the end of the Health Check there is also a face to face discussion with an experienced consultant to explain the issues identified.
You will also receive a 70 page report detailing areas in need of attention and advice on how to improve the situation including details of recommended specialists who can help you to complete some of the action points.
The Health Check is at a low fixed cost of £600 (€900) + VAT. Most clients find that they can increase their sales by thousands of pounds by following our advice, in the unlikely event that you do not recover our fee we will refund the difference. You really have nothing to lose!
