Recall/Reminder Letters
Your recall letters play an important role in getting patients through the doors with over 80% of patients visiting your practice as a direct result of your recall letter.
The content of your letters need to be effective in getting patients to read them and to take action. It is important that you use a variety of letters tailored to the different patient requirements, for example you need a specific letter for Glaucoma sufferers and for different age groups.
Myers La Roche are able to 
produce a variety of recalls and reminder letters designed specifically for your practice and the different types of patients you have. The letters are compiled using information about your practice and are tailored to the needs of different patients e.g. Private, NHS, over 60's etc.
We also produce 3 letters for each patient group - an initial recall letter, a reminder letter and then a final letter. The letters we put together help to increase the number of patients returning for examinations, they are likely to have more impact as they are specifically targeted at each patients needs. The letters can be uploaded onto your computer system and sent out to each patient group when required.
The cost of the recall/reminder letters is £120 + VAT and consists of 35 different letters.
