How do you value a practice?
In many cases, the business will have been valued by R A Valuation Services, the AOP's Valuation Partner.
This is an independent valuation service. R A Valuation means that you can rest assured that the asking price has been calculated in the light of past performance, local conditions and market prices.
In our experience, most practices change hands, at, or about the valuation figure. There may be some scope for negotiation if, for example, you can complete a sale very quickly.
Some practices do not have a formal valuation, please telephone us on +44 (0)161 929 8389 to discuss how we arrived at the price guide.
