Optical Leadership and Strategy Workshop

After the rapid sell out success of this workshop when it took place in December, we have added another London date which took place on the 18th February.

This one day workshop has been specifically designed for independent practice owners and their empowered managers to enable them to tackle the current challenges in the market.

We will consider topics which include:

What's really happening on the High Street?
Should I continue to embrace MECS? 
Should I take my practice private?
Why do I really need a grip on my KPIs?
Should I have an audiology strategy & what should it be?
How do I make my clinics run efficiently and profitably?
How do I alter my patient journey to influence outcomes?

The course will be led by Martin Russ.  As co-founder of the optical practice training and marketing support organisation, Total Marketing Resource (TMR), Martin worked with hundreds of practices over the course of 20 years, implementing training and marketing initiatives which increased sales and profitability. For eight years he co-owned four established practices in East Anglia. This enabled him to implement TMR’s marketing and training tools, which produced demonstrably good results. For three years he was a Commissioning Lead for LOCSU. This role involved the negotiation and implementation of Enhanced Optical Services into all types of optical practices, using the Primary Eyecare Company model.
