The course will be led by Martin Russ. As co-founder of the optical practice training and marketing support organisation, Total Marketing Resource (TMR), Martin worked with hundreds of practices over the course of 20 years, implementing training and marketing initiatives which increased sales and profitability. For eight years he co-owned four established practices in East Anglia. This enabled him to implement TMR’s marketing and training tools, which produced demonstrably good results. For three years he was a Commissioning Lead for LOCSU. This role involved the negotiation and implementation of Enhanced Optical Services into all types of optical practices, using the Primary Eyecare Company model.
Timed so that you can put your new plans, formulated during the workshop, into action during the quieter Christmas period, this workshop will take place on Tuesday 3rd December. The venue is BMA House in Tavistock Square, a 6 minute walk from Euston Station and 12 minutes from Kings Cross/St Pancras.
